On the day he died, he was staying home sick from school; his mother left him home with an uncle. When his mother came back, Dayvid was gone. He was found dead, stuffed into a Dumpster, and his uncle admitted that he had drowned the little boy in the bathtub. Dayvid’s uncle was sentenced to 18 years 4 months in prison.
