33-year-old female.
Died: Oct. 9, 2003.
Cause of death: Shooting.
Location: Haifa, Israel.

This woman had autism and lived with her parents. Before her death, she tried to commit suicide by cutting her wrists several times. (Whether these were suicide attempts or self-injury is unknown.)

She was shot to death by her father, who then killed himself.
