Details:
Upon coming home from school, Dylan had a meltdown. His step-grandfather, who weighed more than four times Dylan’s weight, restrained him by sitting on him until Dylan could not breathe. He died of positional asphyxia.

His step-grandfather pleaded guilty to reckless homicide, but then was allowed to withdraw his plea and was found innocent because the court ruled that he could not know that a 400-pound man sitting on an 11-year-old boy could crush him to death.
