Noah was born to a mother who had already been charged with child neglect and spent five months in jail for the offense.
Noah’s mother reported him missing when he was two years old; then she said that he had drowned in the bathtub while she was high on heroin. When Noah’s body was found, his autopsy determined he had been subjected to long-term child abuse, with multiple broken bones in various stages of healing, and had died of a head injury.
Noah’s mother pled guilty to second-degree murder and was sentenced to 55 years.
